Palm Beach County Property Tax Season Begins November 1: Bills Mailed, and the Town of Palm Beach's November Alerts
Every property owner in Palm Beach County has been mailed a 2026 property tax bill, payable online at pbctax.com — and the Town of Palm Beach's Nov. 1 alert also carries the South Ocean closure, Cocoanut Row nightwork through Nov. 5, and new extended hours at the Mandel Recreation Center.
The 2026 property tax season begins November 1, and all property owners in Palm Beach County have been mailed their property tax bill, according to the Town of Palm Beach's public alert page. Owners can find more information and pay online at www.pbctax.com, the Town said.
The same Nov. 1 alert carries the island's standing traffic picture. South Ocean Boulevard (SR A1A) remains closed between South County Road and Southern Boulevard (SR 80), in effect until further notice, with the Town of Palm Beach Police Department coordinating with the U.S. Secret Service on the mandated closures, the Town said. Two roads are listed as closures for local traffic only: Bahama Lane between North Lake Way and North Ocean Boulevard, and Cocoanut Row between Royal Poinciana and Pendleton, where nightwork runs November 1 through 5.
Also effective November 1, the Mandel Recreation Center returns to its extended hours of operation — Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. — and winter seasonal construction and lawn-maintenance hours begin, the Town said. Looking ahead on the alert page: the Palm Beach County Department of Airports holds its second and final community stakeholder briefing on Palm Beach County Park (Lantana) Airport on Wednesday, Nov. 4, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Palm Beach State College Lake Worth Campus; Parkmobile and Residential Parking Permits for the 2027 calendar year will be available in late November; and Town administrative offices will be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 11, for Veterans Day.
