Election Day in Palm Beach County: Vote at Your Assigned Precinct Tuesday, 7 A.M. to 7 P.M.

The any-site freedom of early voting ends Monday. On Tuesday, Palm Beach County voters must vote at their assigned precinct, bring photo-and-signature ID, and return any mail ballot to the elections office by 7 p.m. — never to a polling place.

Election Day in Palm Beach County: Vote at Your Assigned Precinct Tuesday, 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. (West Palm Beach Watch News)

WEST PALM BEACH — Election Day in Palm Beach County is Tuesday, Nov. 3, and the rule that changes from early voting is the first one to know: you must vote at the polling place assigned to your precinct, and your ballot will be there waiting for you, according to the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voters can find their precinct number and polling place on their Voter Information Card or sample ballot, through the Supervisor's Precinct Finder page, or by calling the elections office at (561) 656-6200.

Bring one or two forms of valid, current identification that include your signature and photo; if your photo ID does not include your signature, you will be asked for another ID that has one, the Supervisor's office says. A voter who does not bring ID may still vote, but will be required to vote a provisional ballot, which the Canvassing Board later evaluates for eligibility. Voters who received a vote-by-mail ballot but decide to vote in person instead will have the mail ballot cancelled and be issued a regular ballot. Palm Beach County votes on paper: fill in the oval beside each choice with the black pen provided — check both sides and every page — or use the ExpressVote unit, then feed the ballot to the DS200 precinct scanner; once the scanner accepts a ballot, it cannot be retrieved, so ask an election worker any questions first.

Mail ballots follow a different road on Tuesday. A vote-by-mail ballot must reach the Supervisor of Elections' main office by 7 p.m. on Election Day, or a branch office or secure ballot intake station by 5 p.m. — and ballots cannot be dropped off on Election Day at any polling place. The Supervisor's main office is at 4301 Cherry Road in West Palm Beach. With early voting closed after Sunday and no early voting on Monday, Tuesday's precinct vote is the last chance to cast a ballot in the 2026 general election.
