Election Eve in Palm Beach County: No Early Voting Monday — Monday Is for Mail Ballots and Precinct Checks
Early voting is over and there is none on Monday. What Monday holds: the last full day to get a mail ballot to the supervisor of elections before Tuesday's 7 p.m. deadline, a final chance to confirm your assigned precinct, and a wet forecast to plan around.

WEST PALM BEACH — Monday, Nov. 2 is the quiet day in Palm Beach County's election calendar, and it has exactly one job. Early voting ended Sunday — 5,272,601 ballots were returned across Florida through Nov. 1 — and there is no early voting on Monday. Voters who still hold a mail ballot are on the deadline clock: ballots must reach the county supervisor of elections by 7 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3 — 5 p.m. at branch offices — so Monday is the last full day to hand one in at the supervisor's offices rather than trusting it to arrive in time.
Tuesday itself is assigned-precinct voting only, with polls open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday is the day to confirm that precinct — and to make a rain plan. The station's live weather feed puts Monday's high at 78 degrees with a 66% precipitation chance, and Election Day carries a thunderstorm code with a high of 79.1 degrees and a 52% precipitation chance.
The rest of the county's week bends around the vote: all Palm Beach County schools are out Tuesday for Election Day, the Palm Beach Post reported, and John I. Leonard High School in Greenacres is additionally closed Monday because of the Learjet crash investigation near its campus, a closure filed separately by this desk. Results begin after the polls close Tuesday night.
