The National Weather Service in Miami keeps scattered totals of 3 to 5 inches possible through Monday, with isolated spots at 5 to 7 inches, and the Coastal Flood Advisory for the county's coast runs until 7 p.m. Monday.
The station's live weather feed read 75.2 degrees on Sunday night and puts Monday's high at 78 degrees with a 66% precipitation chance and a low of 69.1 — a commute that starts wet, on top of the county's two standing road closures, Military Trail at the crash site and South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach. A high rip current risk runs through Tuesday evening and a Small Craft Advisory until 10 a.m. Tuesday.
